Hey there, my name is Billie and I'm quite the ougoing gal! I was just a wee lil one when I first arrived so my next stop was a super fun foster home for the last few weeks. I really look forward to finding my forever family who is looking for a very social and outgoing feline! Please have a lot of kitty toys on hand because I love to play too!  Due to COVID-19, SVACA has been adopting animals through a virtual and contactless process but we also offer limited in person adoptions by appointment.  Potential adopters will first view adoptable animals on this page and if interested in any, complete a dog adoption survey, cat adoption survey or other animal adoption survey and submit it to staff@svaca.com.
