Description:
Sadie was a stray cat living in a colony. She would seek people living in the neighborhood for food. After seeing Sadie get pregnant for the 3rd time in a year, one of the caretakers reached out for help. We were able to catch Sadie and get her into foster just days before she gave birth. Sadie has learned to trust and love humans while in foster care. She has learned to use a litterbox, and even learned to share space with other cats. With slow introductions and patience, Sadie could easily live in a home with another cat. We have learned she really still does not like dogs, and she has not been exposed to children. Sadie is a very sweet cat who purrs all the time and seeks affection and pets. She also loves treats and will come whenever she hears the container. Sadie is a little slow to trust new people, so will need to go to a home that will give her time to adjust to her surroundings. An adoption application is required prior to adopting our cats & dogs.An adoption deposit will not be accepted until adopter has approved application. Adoption fees include vaccines up until time of adoption, microchip, spay/neuter and 1st 30 days of free Pet insurance. We are not affiliated with Pet First pet insurance. Adopter needs to sign up for the insurance if they are interested to ensure it goes into effect. Adopter can go to our vet for medical issues which may arise in the first 7 days of adoption. Cats in our care are fostered in Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico.Due to current COVID19 restrictions, meet and greets are unavailable. If upon meeting the cat of your choosing at pick up, you find that you aren't a good match, your deposit will be refunded minus a 10% administration fee or can be applied towards another animal.
