***Daisy is a courtesy listing and currently located in Georgia. She is also available for adoption in the New Jersey and surrounding areas. Interested parties should submit an application for adoption at socorescue.com. A team member will contact you ASAP if your application is approved to adopted Daisy*** At one time, Daisy most likely hated her life, hated waking up every day as she knew there was a chance she'd suffer more abuse by her owner. "Corrective measures" that the man would employ upon her. The scar on the back of her neck serves as a reminder of what life was like back then. Sometimes, according to the owner, the abuse led to a seizure but, not surprisingly, never bothered to have take Daisy to the vet for diagnosis or help. But she never truly gave up hope, never let a mean and evil human change who she was. Her faith paid off when a very kind-hearted lady came into her life, somehow managing to convince this evil man to let this lady take her away from that place of abuse. Life immediately got better!   In her time with this nice lady, Daisy has displayed her ultra-sweet personality to not only her and her family, but to anyone and everyone that comes to visit. She's even extended her friendship to other dogs and the cats that also visit or reside at the home. Daisy just lives a peaceful, relaxed life and even saw her seizures subside.  Unfortunately, the nice lady can no longer keep Daisy and knows it's best to find her another loving, calm home. Daisy would be perfect as a family companion, in a home with cats, children and/or other dogs. She's house trained, very obedient and well-mannered. Yes, she is that exceptional!   Daisy has been spay, kept up to date on her annual vaccinations, monthly preventatives and de-wormings. She recently tested negative for heartworms as well. While she's been excellent with her house training at her current foster home, she may require a little time to adjust to your schedule. A microchip will accompany her adoption.    To add this incredible girl to your home, please submit an application at socorescue.com. (no need to register or login). If selected to adopt Daisy, you'll be contacted by a SoCo team member ASAP.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
