Melinoe was found wandering around on a deserted road in Texas. When the person who found her could not locate the owner, NorthStar stepped in to lend this poor emaciated dog a hand. Melinoe is about 10 years old and weighs under 15 pounds. She will be making her way to NJ to find a forever home.
