Dr. Dennis Boelter owned Akron (Ohio) Animal Clinic and Metropolitan Veterinary Hospital (Akron, Ohio) for 43 years. NOTES FROM FOSTER FAMILY:

Bella was originally with us in 2014 and was adopted by a wonderful gentleman that took great care of her.  Unfortunately, he developed some health issues and was no longer able to care for Bella and she just came back to us to find her forever home.  She is a sweet and loving girl that wants to please.  Her original bio is below and we will be updating her info as we get to know her again.

Bella would probably be best as an only pet.  She can get along with other dogs of similar size but not all.  She lived as an only pet for years and is happiest that way.

June 2014:  Bella is a beautiful American Pit Bull Terrier. She is starting to settle in and has been exploring the yard this morning. She is full of spunk and seems very eager and curious about her surroundings. Bella was extremely thin, so everything is about food right now. Good quality food with additional dietary supplements fed in smaller, but more frequent meals, will help take the edge off her feeling so starved. Bella has already learned the watch me and sit commands. She is a very smart girl and I can't wait to see Bella blossom into an even more beautiful bully girl!

This adoption donation helps to cover the vet expenses for this dog including heartworm preventive which is dispensed at the initial vet visit and then goes with the dog at adoption. All vet records will be provided to adopter.
