I'm `Daisy`, I'm 3 years old, and I am currently homeless. I was found on the side of the road here in the Parish. I was emaciated, loaded with hookworms, and unfortunately had full mammary glands.. someone dumped me like trash after they were done breeding me for my puppies. I was used for profit, but all I want is for someone to love me for who I am. Here are the top 5 things you need to know about me: 1) I want to give you kisses, always. I can kiss you all day if you let me. Really.2) I love to sit on your lap on the couch, especially whilst you pet me. If you stop petting me, I will nuzzle you for more pets. 3) I am 3 years old, but still really love to play and go on walks. 4) I like small people, tall people, men and women.. I love everyone and everything. I don't have a mean bone in my body. 5) If you have other dogs - even better. I get along well with K9 friends, but could be your only baby too if you're open! 6) I CHASE CATS! Sorry but I can't help it! The people here at the shelter have waived my adoption fee to help find my forever home. I am already spayed, microchipped and vaccinated. They are currently treating me for heartworms (not contagious to people or other dogs) - there is no cost to my adopter for this.
