Description:
Faith is an about 1-2 year old, 40 pound pit mix looking for her happily ever after. Her story is very sad. She was found roaming the streets pregnant in a not so great part of town and it took weeks to catch her. She had her babies 24 hours after getting to her foster home but all the babies were still born or died at the ER vet. Faith was malnourished and had no prenatal care so it would have taken a miracle for the babies to live and they did not.
Faith has been in her foster home for a few months now and has turned out to be a loving and absolutely sweet dog! She LOVES other dogs and just wants to play and run! She starts at 7 am zooming around the house with other pups and wags her tail, gives kisses and loves her breakfast and dinner times. She is great with all types of dogs and has been exposed to both make and female dogs all various sizes. She is more submissive so would not want any dominant dogs in the home that would hurt her. Faith or Faithy as she is called is a resilient dog...junk yard to Westchase Princess. She loves Chip another dog up for adoption. She also loves cozy blankets, sleeping on the bed, barking, running, playing, jumping, giving kisses and so much more...this from the sad pup in the corner of N Florida...She is BOUNCY, JOYFUL, FULL OF ENERGY and VERY LOVING.

She needs a forever home! She is a flight risk (has a GPS collar) so she requires a home with no young children, experienced dog owners and vigilance to not leave a door ajar when getting a package and being willing to double leash/harness her until she is comfortable in your 6' fenced back yard. She is not a huge fan of certain men so she will bark but this is easily overcome with anyone who works with her and a man who will shower her with treats and love and understand where she is coming from. She is a wonderful girl who deserves to spoiled rotten the rest of her life!

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
