Description:
Satchel's Last Resort adoptions@satchelslastresort.orgPeppy is ready to move on to her forever home! Satchel's rescued Peppy from animal services in the fall of 2017. This poor girl was a starvation case and learning to trust people initially came a little hard for her. Thanks to our caring staff and volunteers, she is now able to live her life again, without constant fear of being abandoned or mistreated. Peppy has a Woof Pack leader here at Satchel's helping her learn some basic social skills and introducing her to the outside world. She would do best in an adult only home and does appear to get along with other dogs. Peppy has recurring ear infections and needs a visit to the vet every few months months to have them cleaned under sedation as she doesn't like anyone messing with her ears. Peppy is estimated to be 7 years old and weighs approximately 50 lbs. For an appointment to meet her, please email adoptions@satchelslastresort.org or call 941-924-5070.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
