Thank you Ratka family! We rescued our beloved Callie from Joyful Rescues in December 2016. She is very sweet! We worked and trained with her every day until she would walk in the woods with us off-leash and stay right with us - she LOVES her walks! We were so impressed with the Joyful Rescues operation that we wanted to give back and help this wonderful organization. We decided to recycle cans and bottles (10,000 of them!) until we reached $500.00 to sponsor this transport and it took 3-4 years, but we did it! We want to thank all of our family, friends, and neighbors for their donations. Our garage is empty again, but not for long? The Ratka Family
McKenna was born around February 25, 2020 and weighs about 45 pounds. McKenna is rather shy at first and with some warm up time we feel she will be delightfully devoted to her new family. McKenna does wonderfully with other dogs. This is all we know so far and we will be learning as we go and so will you!
The Adoption Fee for this dog is $400.00
Adoptions fees vary based on adoptability. In general our fees include spay/neuter, all age appropriate vaccines, Home Again micro-chipping & registration, worming & flea control - a "complete" pet. We accept CASH or Visa/Mastercard ONLY.
Joyful Rescues has no funding except for our adoption fees and miscellaneous donations. Pet care and vet bills are expensive - you must be ready to take on this financial (as well as emotional) responsibility. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO ADOPT A DOG FROM JOYFUL RESCUES
We keep our pet list as up-to-date as possible. As soon as a pet is adopted, it is removed from the list. If a pet is still showing, it is still available for adoption.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an
internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet
Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or
involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery
Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet
owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such
as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the
program.
