Description:
found abandoned in the HEB parking lotMy name is Skittles and my foster mom found me abandoned in a HEB parking lot one day.  She asked around and people had been feeding me for a couple of years!  Once she caught me, she found out I ws microchipped, but when she located my owners, they had moved...and had left me behind.  So, being a cat, I found my way to HEB and relied on kind humans to feed me.  It took a while for me to trust my foster mom, and I'm still jump if you try to pet me too quickly.  Apparently, I wasn't treated all that great.Anyways, I think I'm ready to trust another human now.  I do get along with cats, but little children would probably make me nervous.  And my foster mom doesn't know about dogs since we don't have any here.  It'd be great if I could have my own family again, but I might take some tender, loving care at first.  Through my foster family, I've found out humans can be good....and a forever home would be awesome!

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
