Chi is a handsome dog who is learning to enjoy meeting new people.  Initially, he was a little nervous here but quickly warmed up to staff and volunteers.  According to his previous owner, Chi is an exclusively indoor dog who is house trained and will let you know when he needs to go out by standing at the door. He is crate trained and spent around 8 hrs in the crate every day. He was always crated when left alone. He loves pets and attention but does not like to be touched on the rear end.  Chi was allowed on the furniture and enjoys car rides. He knows sit, stay, and down. He enjoys sticks and chew toys. He is very active. Chi can be aggressive toward other dogs, particularly large dogs, so a meet and greet is recommended as well as continued safe socialization with other dogs.
