Description:
Hi! My name is Gus! I am a 3-year-old Pit Bull mixI'm healthy, vaccinated, and neutered. Please don’t be afraid of me because of my breed! I love humans and I’m great with kids. Unfortunately, I don’t do well with other dogs; part of me would love another doggie friend, and maybe with some more training that would be possible, but for now, I need an owner that respects my need to stay away from other pups. Cats are also off-limits because I think it’s fun to chase them - they look like chew toys to me Most importantly I will love my humans with all my heart. I will wait outside of the bathroom to make sure they are ok. I will want to cuddle up with them at night. Anywhere my humans go is where I want to be. I do have some abandonment issues, so please be patient with me. I will get more comfortable and secure over time. Please give me a chance to have a forever home, you won’t regret it! If you would like to meet Gus, please submit a completed adoption application found at www.doggiebonez.com so that we can schedule a meet and greet. He is also on all of our social media pages  IG: @Doggie_Bonez_Inc_ and Facebook: Doggie Bonez. If adoption isn't an option, please consider fostering one of our pups. We are a volunteer-run non-profit dog rescue and always welcome new short or long term doggie foster families. We much appreciate the help and time of our fosters. You provide all the love, comfort, and safety of a home, and we supply you with everything else you may need, dog food, dog bed, toys, medical attention (if required), etc. If you are interested, please visit www.doggiebonez.com to see all of our available dogs who need a foster family while waiting for their fur-ever home and complete the foster application. FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
