Description:
MEET MURPHY---
This handsome fella was picked up as a stray--an owner never surfaced.  He was taken to see our vet where he has been bathed, fully vetted;  blood tested, vaccinated, neutered and chipped.  He's a Boxer American Bulldog mix (?) about 6 years old and full grown at about 65 lbs.  He is living in one of our foster homes and is doing great.  He is well behaved, housebroken, laid back and very gentle.  He is dog-selective... likes calm, laid back dogs, not ones who get in his face.
He didn’t walk well on a leash at first -- but Murphy learns quickly and is eager to please- see the video of Murphy on his 3rd attempt at walking on a leash- what a good boy!”. .. “Like many dogs, adoption events can overwhelm him, so we can arrange a private meet and greet in a more typical environment so that you can see Murphy’s true personality”
We have no clue really, about cats. But he is a great dog - and he needs a great home.
Adoption fee $200
Please download an application from our website:  www.gratefulpaws.org
NOTE: Adoption/rehoming fees are applied towards the vet bill: exam, blood tests, vaccinations, fecal, worming, spay/neuter, dental if necessary, and a microchip. There is rarely anything left over, but if that happens, the monies get applied to the next or previous pet - who may have had to have an x-ray, be groomed or have a dental.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
