Description:
Buddy was an owner surrender but he lucked out...instead of having to go to the shelter, our shelter contact was able to take him to the vet clinic to hang out for a few days until we could get him picked up and taken to our vet today.  He is up to date on his vetting and already neutered.  Buddy has been on Apoquel for allergies for a very long time and his ears are horribly infected and he has hematomas in both ears :(  Dr Rowland checked him all over today and we will have a full report on him in the morning.  Despite having super painful ears, Buddy is so sweet and loving.  He is good with other dogs, having lived with a smaller dog in his former home.  We will update on his condition ASAP.  Please keep Buddy in your thoughts and prayers!UPDATE:  Buddy had a few medical setbacks while at the vet clinic but with all of the love the amazing care he received he bounced back and went to his foster home.  We will continue to monitor his bloodwork and will keep his ears treated and itch-free :)

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
