Description:
Diesel was surrendered to the rescue due to one of the older dogs in the home not getting along with him.  His family was heartbroken but wanted to do the right thing and wanted him to be safe so they made the tough decision to let him come to us.  He is currently at a temporary foster home and has seen the vet to get all caught up on routine vetting.  He did amazing at the vet clinic and everyone adored him!!  Diesel will be moving to his Minnesota foster home on the 14th and will be getting neutered in a few weeks.  He is doing very well at his temp foster home...he crates up great and is very good about pottying outside.  He is still in the decompression time so he has not fully interacted yet with the resident dogs. 6/15 UPDATE:  Diesel moved to his Minnesota foster home and is getting to know his foster family.  There are no other dogs in the home but before he left his temporary foster home he was allowed to interact with the older male dog in the home and he did great!  He was very submissive and shared toys as Cooper brought them to him...they played great together!  He is scheduled for his neuter surgery in two weeks.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
