Col. Potter Cairn Terrier Rescue
www.cairnrescue.comHines is amazing! High energy, extremely affectionate, intelligent and very tenderhearted. He’s an athlete… standing vertical leap 36+ inches and zooms like an Olympic sprinter. He would be awesome trained for agility, but…. The ‘but’ is he is a fearful dog, very shy of new situations and new people. He accommodates, but must be brought along, so he needs a terrier experienced home, one that has dealt with fear issues. Estimated age is 12-14 months, but he behaves like a 4 month old pup. He’s mouthy, like he would be with litter mates, but perhaps was taken from dam/litter mates early and never learned those lessons. He gets on well with our Cairn and terriers, but anxious around larger dogs. For someone willing to work with him, Hines will likely be your heart-dog, the beat of your heart, but he needs, love, patience, consistency and positive training methods. He is so smart and wants to please.FOR LOTS MORE INFORMATION ON HINES ENTER OR COPY THIS LINK ONTO YOUR WEB BROWSER:https://www.cairnrescue.com/store/dogs/

**** FOSTER HOMES NEEDED! ****
YOU can make a huge difference by fostering just one dog. ONE dog, ONE time a year = ONE life that could be saved! Each and everyday we have the opportunity to save more Cairns in need, but we can't do it if we don't have the Foster Homes to place them in. Would you like to learn more on how you can help? "Saving just one dog won't change the world, but it surely will change the world for that one dog."

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
