Description:
MEET REX!!! This PERFECTLY behaved older gentleman is as sweet, and easy-natured as they come!  Happy to go on short walks or sit next to you watching TV. He wags his tail affectionately when you call his name and likes to walk up and kiss your knee or wrist. He absolutely LOVES to be brushed too! Rex doesn't require much. He just wants a forever family to laze around with. He is not very treat motivated but easy on a leash. He is also crate trained and potty trained. He knows "come" and "go into your crate." Rex is a little chunky right now. His previous owners did not exercise him much and may  have left food out at all times. He would benefit from a regular feeding schedule and short walks (like a mile) to help him get to a happier weight. He has a little arthritis, but it does not affect him all the time. Glucosamine Cosamine tablets have been helping. Are you ready to give this old soul his forever home? Meet Rex today! FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
