Description:
Hey guys the name's Brownie! I am a 3 year old male Chihuahua mix looking for my ideal home. I am a playful, albeit non social little guy hoping to find someone who can bring me out of my shell. I LOVE playing with my toys on my own and once in a while I invite people to play with me! Shelter staff have observed that I do not enjoy being touched or pet but will tolerate it for short periods. I have also been at the shelter a couple times having gotten away from my former family so I may be an escape artist and should be watched while outside at all times. I am not housebroken and will need help learning to use the bathroom outside. I do walk well on a leash, and that may be a great way to form a bond with me. Based on my behavior when being pet and handled kids teens and up only please! If you want an independent dog, that will likely keep to himself I might be your dog. If you want to meet me, call and make an appointment!

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
