Luke was a stray that was taken in by a couple with small dogs. They did not get along at all. We have recently discovered that Luke is most likely 10 plus years. He is affectionate and loves attention. He is not happy at the rescue at all. There is too much going on and too many cats. It makes him a very grumpy boy. For that reason one of our volunteers took him home to stay with her for awhile. Her observations are, he will tolerate a cat who keeps its space as well as with a dog who doesn’t get in his face. He does still play some, string toys are his favorite, but his main thing is to snuggle with people.  He likes to help with paperwork. He is tested,vaccinated,neutered and flea treated. It would be wonderful if someone could find it in their heart to give this older gentleman a home for the rest of his days.
