Description:
Brothers Howie A095037 and Hansen A095038 were turned in by their owners as they were no longer able to care for them. These brothers are a bonded pair and rely heavily on each other, so they must be adopted together. Howie and Hansen were overly loved with being allowed to eat as much as they want and now need to be on a diet. They will require an owner who is willing to help them with their weight by getting them to exercise and feeding them limited amounts of their prescription weight reducing food. They do not enjoy being held, and we think this is mostly out of discomfort due to being so over weight. They do however enjoy being pet. These boys are sweet but shy so they would do best in a low key home (no kids or dogs) with patient owners willing to let them adjust and come out of their shells. If you are interested in adopting these two please fill out / submit an application and schedule an appointment on our website www.burbankanimalshelter.org

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
