Hello everybody! My name is Finn but my foster mom likes to call me Finnegan or Finny.

I’m am doing MUCH better now than when they found me on the streets of Chicago. I was skin and bones and I really almost didn’t make it! But some incredible humans nursed me back to health.

Because of that I now have some quirks that make me unique (but MUCH more fun!) for instance it’s REALLY hard to walk on soft surfaces like couches and beds.. how do all you other cool cats do that?! I also have wonky vision but I’m not blind and I can get around just fine! I have been improving though, so these quirks may not last forever… or they might! But I don’t care!

My favorite place to be is at the HIGHEST point in the house. So I hope you have a tall cat tree for me to snooze on! I love to play and run around but I’m very gentle with my claws and play nicely except for my mouth. So continued correction when I get rowdy will set me up for success! I get along with animals of ALL kinds and am an innocent, brave boy who finds life exciting and magical. (And have you seen the look on my face when I hunt for my toys?! I’m the cutest!) Will you take me home to show me allllll the best climbing spots so we can play?!

I was born early 2019 and am being fostered in the Edgerton area.
If you are interested in adopting one of our wonderful cats or kittens, you can apply on our website: https://www.commcat.org/copy-of-adopt-a-bff

Please allow several days for us to process your application. We are a small, all-volunteer group and we are doing our best to work quickly! After the application is processed we will make arrangements for you to meet the cats that interest you. All of our cats and kittens are raised in our homes and live with us until they are adopted. They live with us as part of our families so we know them very well and we can help you find your perfect cat! Cats are rarely caged (only if its medically necessary) so you can visit with them and see how they act in a home.

 Our adoption fees:
Kittens (under 6 months): $100 (or 2 for $150)
 Adults (6 months to 7 years): $50 (or 2 for $50)
Seniors (8 years and up): $25 (or 2 for $25).

All cats are spayed or neutered, tested for FIV/FeLV, dewormed, vaccinated for rabies (if age appropriate) and distemper, and microchipped.
