Carl is a 1.5-year-old, Lab/Border Collie mix. He weighs 62 pounds.  According to family, he is very smart! Carl’s current family is sad to let him go, but they cannot provide him with the kind of physical activity he needs. Nor the emotional attention. This is a family of small children (3). His previous owner kept him from puppyhood until a year, in a backyard, he was completely unsocialized with people & children and dumped at the shelter in Apple Valley.Read Below:Needs active family!
