Meet Oscar! We believe he is an adult lab/hound mix. Oscar always has a smile on his face and is always ready to make your day brighter than ever! Oscar is an affectionate and friendly guy. He loves to welcome new human friends into the home with wags. He is respectful and doesn’t jump on guests but will make sure you have easy access to his head for pets. He is very happy sleeping with his puppy brother or going on walks. He is great on leash and has learned that we watch squirrels walk by instead of chasing them. He has also adjusted to walking on busier streets. Oscar will not enjoy being in a crate while you are away, but he is very respectful of the home; no issues with chewing or scratching. He has had some play dates with other adult dogs and we continue to explore what new dog friendships are like. Oscar would love a home where he gets all the attention and love.  
 Oscar is eager to learn basic commands, such as sit and stay. 
He is looking for his forever home in the DMV and can't wait to meet you!
