Mister Blue may have a proper name but this boy is far from a boring proper dog!  He is a energetic guy who can get very into playtime.  His prioer owner says that he would chase the cat (in a playful way) and his biggest flaw is his habit of jumping on people.  Mister Blue can get a little mouthy but has been easy to handle for staff and volunteers.  He apparently loves children but a slow, supervised introduction is always recommended.
