Simba is about 2 years old. He is still scared and cautious at our shelter (understandable, it can be scary here!) so he is looking for a patient person to give him time to adjust to his new surroundings. He is food motivated, and not destructive in his kennel run. He is quiet and not a barker. He has gotten along with all the dogs he has been introduced to, but please bring yours to the meet and greet so we can make sure they get along. All our animals are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations and microchipped. This dog has tested positive for heartworms (not contagious to other dogs or people) - the treatment for this is covered at no cost through our shelter's veterinarian. All our dogs have had their adoption fee's waived this month to loving homes (0$) due to our high volume of intakes.
