Thunder is an active and agile little pitty dog.  He can easily jump onto a counter and did it multiple times during his clinic visit for neuter.  A short fence will not keep this strong guy in.  Thunder is very strong and will require a capable handler when out on walks.  We do not know how he does with children or other animals but has been easy to handle for staff and volunteers.  His prior owner said that he was very interested in (chased) her cat so he may do best in a home without cats or small animals.
