Meet Jasper! This handsome shepherd mix is approximately 9 months old and 45 pounds. He is fully vetted, neutered and microchipped. Jasper is house trained and crate trained.
Jasper needs an experienced owner who can help him with his resource guarding, and he's currently on medication for anxiety. He's currently in a training program at Country Club Kennels to work on those things, and he's a quick learner! He has picked up commands including sit, stay, and lay down. More recently, he's been working on object exchange and relaxation/distraction training.
Jasper is looking for a forever home where he can flourish, and a trainer from Country Club Kennels will be available to provide assistance with training. While he does well with other dogs, Jasper would love to find a quiet home with no dogs and no children.
