Hi, I'm Peter Cottontail and I'm as soft as your pillow and I can be your cuddle buddy!
I'm estimated to be 15-16 weeks old, about 26.5 lbs, and I'm believed to be a shepherd mix.
I love greeting people and dogs who pass by my fosters' house, and I absolutely enjoy my playtime and naptime! I am standing strong with a brave heart, despite the vet saying I have chondrodystrophy, which may improve over time! Also, t
hat doesn't stop me from running around and playing! I am eager to learn and already starting to pick up commands like "come!", "sit", and "stay", and about to graduate from potty training!
I am new to the area and would love to find my forever home that can help me patiently explore the DMV! I may not have a tail to wag to show you my excitement but I can guarantee you I will give you tons of cuddles when I see you!
If you are interested in adding this pup to your family, please submit an application at www.petrescuealliance.com. Spay/neuter will be provided by our rescue with an approved vet at the time of maturity. For any questions, please email us directly at email@example.com.
If the dog is listed on our website or Petfinder, they are still available! We are a volunteer-run organization and appreciate your patience. Pet Rescue Alliance does our best to provide accurate information about the dogs we have available for adoption. We cannot make any guarantees about age, breed or temperament. If you're not in a position to adopt at the moment but want to ensure our dogs can find their forever homes, please consider donating what you can to their care: https://petrescuealliance.com/donate-now/. Thank you!
