When Carter arrived to the shelter he was a hot mess. Super skinny, abrasions on his face, sores, open wounds with infections. He has been to the vet and is starting to look much better. Even though he still isn't 100%, you would never know it from Carter. He was well mannered, though a leash puller at times, and knows at least the sit command. He did great with other dogs too.
