Fritz was born around May 14, 2017 and weighs about 15 pounds. Fritz found himself in a high kill shelter in KY and thankfully we had enough room to bring him to NY. Fritz can be a bit shy at first but warms up quickly. Once you've given him a minute to get to know you he is an absolute wiggle butt giving as many kisses as you can handle! Fritz has been ok with the other dogs, but will be best as an only dog as he adores his humans so much we feel he will thrive as an only pampered pet. He did well in the car on the long ride North. This is all we know so far and we will be learning as we go and so will you! Update: He's been amazing with all of us, but he had a visitor and oddly he became nippy. We were perplexed but now saying no kids. The Adoption Fee for this dog is $400.00
Adoptions fees vary based on adoptability. In general our fees include spay/neuter, all age appropriate vaccines, Home Again micro-chipping & registration, worming & flea control - a "complete" pet. We accept CASH or Visa/Mastercard ONLY.
Joyful Rescues has no funding except for our adoption fees and miscellaneous donations. Pet care and vet bills are expensive - you must be ready to take on this financial (as well as emotional) responsibility. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO ADOPT A DOG FROM JOYFUL RESCUES
We keep our pet list as up-to-date as possible. As soon as a pet is adopted, it is removed from the list. If a pet is still showing, it is still available for adoption.
