Miles-Milo is an estimated* 6-8 year old 25 pound male Terrier Mix. He is light tan and white, and has the softest fur!

He is a very sweet and very gentle boy but he is also incredibly shy. He has the most soulful eyes, and he

 will look at you

as if to say "Are you my person?" However, he does not like being pet or cuddling, but he can be picked up and held without any issue. He is very independent, and his future family will need to be prepared for him to need his space. He LOVES going on long walks and exploring the neighborhood. He is more comfortable around women than men. He is good with other dogs, but he doesn't try to play with them.

Miles-Milo was diagnosed with mitral valve disease (and grade 2 to 3 heart murmur), but he does not need any medication at this time (just a supplement). He will need to see a

cardiologist every 6 months to monitor his heart function.

*Estimated ages for rescue dogs are generally established by veterinary

examination

of teeth, eyes, coat, etc.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
