Description:
Our dear, wonderful Forrest is a super cute, loving, and sweet little boy, who has been at the rescue for a very long time, as he keeps getting passed on for our Shih Tzus. He is an adorable, Yorkie/Toy Terrier mix, about 6 1/2 years old, and 8-9 pounds. He is a little shy with new people at first, but warms up quickly. He just adores being held and gently kissed, and will spend endless time in your lap, or lying on your chest. He walks okay on a leash, but only for short distances, so he will need a nice, fenced yard.         Forrest’s personality comes out best when he is with the other dogs. When in the yard with his buddies, he is energetic and playful, and sometimes does a little wiggly dance that is just too cute. He plays a little with toys too. Forrest would do best in a home with another small, nice dog. Or, consider adopting him with one of his buddies here at the rescue, in particular, True Heart, with whom he has become good pals.  If you believe you are a great match for Forrest, please put in an application today. Please watch the video at the end of the photos to see sweet Forrest enjoying some activities. He is such a sweet and cute boy!

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
