Please read our Core Values prior to applying at www.furryfriendsnetwork.com/adopt/our-expectations. Posted 9/18/2022 If you are looking for a new best friend who is always looking for a snuggle, Georgie is your girl. Georgie is an approximately 5 months old American Bulldog mix who is as sweet as pie. She was rescued from a rural shelter and has adjusted very well to her foster home and her 6 year old 4-legged foster sister. Georgie is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and started on monthly heartworm/flea/tick preventatives. She is potty trained, crate trained and knows basic commands. Georgie loves walks, adores people and other dogs. She needs a work-from-home or stay-at-home family as she is not accustomed to spending a work day home alone. Georgie loves to play fetch and loves toys on which she can chew. She is still getting used to car rides, but her foster family has been working with her to help her love them as much as her foster sister does. Georgie lives with her foster mom and dad, teenage sister and adult sister, and does not mind the rambunctious groups of kids that come to the house. If youre interested, you should act fast! This beautiful blue/gray eyed girl wont be available for long. Adoption application, home visit and adoption fee required. If you would like to apply for adoption, please complete the online application at www.furryfriendsnetwork.com. Look under ADOPT tab. Contact generalinfo@furryfriendsnetwork.com for questions or if issues are encountered with the adoption application or general adoption process. Foster Homes are desperately needed in order to help more animals like this one. Please consider opening your heart and home to a homeless animal. To find out more about becoming a Foster Parent, see our website at www.furryfriendsnetwork.com. Look under VOLUNTEER tab. As part of our adoption agreement, we require that you and your adopted canine attend a minimum of one group basic obedience course within 4 months of adoption. If adopting a puppy under 4 months old, we also require a group puppy socialization course be started immediately upon adoption. In addition, we require that puppies under 6 months of age will not be alone for more than 4 hours at a time in an 8 hour workday. We highly encourage working families to consider older puppies and adult dogs, but if your heart is set on a puppy, please consider doggie daycare. Pet ID: Heather
