Description:
Sweet Millie is 75 lb of love! Shes calm, gentle and very easy-going. She pretty much just wants to lie in her comfy bed and take love when its offered. Shes great on a leash and in a car. Honestly, shes great anywhere she goes! Were still learning her preference when it comes to other dogs. So far she seems to like her space.

Its time for Millie to find a permanent spot with a loving family. Shes been a mom way too many times, and now its her turn to be pampered and spoiled. Please give this mature gal a chance at forever love! Were happy to answer any questions you may have about this sweet mama.

If you’d like more information on this angel, please go to www.animalaidms.org and complete an application. The submission of the application will prompt a phone call. Once we’ve discussed the pet with you and deem a potential fit, we’ll set up a meet and greet (either virtual or in person) at which time we can also conduct a home visit. If this goes well, we will verify your references, both vet and personal (if necessary). If all checks out, we’ll contact you to discuss further adoption arrangements such as transportation. Transport costs will apply on top of the pet’s adoption fee, which varies depending on the animal.

We reserve the right to deny adoption. Our job as a rescue is to ensure that the animals we save are able to leave their past behind and live their best life.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
