Aster is a 6-year-old, 20lb female American Eskimo dog. She is potty and crate trained. She is a typical puppy mill rescue and is still very timid and nervous with humans. She will need a very patient and experienced adopter willing to continue working with her as she learns to trust humans and who will not put unrealistic time frames and expectations upon her. Please no first time dog owners this time. If you take one look at this girl it is immediately apparent that shes been used and abused, physically and mentally, for all 6 years of her life. While she is still very timid and flighty, and almost all of her hair is missing, she is so happy and filled with joy. Her tail never stops wagging. We cant wait to watch her transform into the fluffy, confident dog she deserves to be. She loves other dogs and would do best in a home with at least one other dog as a companion and guide.
