Cookie is a young, happy girl who is looking for a home.  She arrived at the shelter when her owner could no longer keep her.

Cookie loves to be with people and her whole body wags   when people pay attention to her.  She is learning to play fetch in the yard and frequently checks in with her human for a quick pet.  Her leash skills are excellent and she approaches her walks in the same happy manner that she does everything else.

Cookie would be best in a home with older children and  the only pet.  She is a social girl and one that learns new behavior cues quickly. 

The shelter has an appointment only policy. We ask potential adopters to fill out our application, prior to a scheduled meeting. The staff is very accommodating, and we welcome any inquires.
