Why hello, my name is Leslie. I have such an expressive face full of love! I have been at the shelter since November of 2021, but luckily, Ive been able to spend some time in a foster home. Im 5 years old but one of the more mature pups at the shelter. Im housebroken and crate trained (Ill even tell you when I need to go potty). Im up for walks and a game of fetch, and I am sooo happy to greet you when you with spins and kisses when you get home. There are a few things you should know about me. Id prefer to be the only animal in the home, and Im not the biggest fan of being picked up. Im very sweet but prefer to be in charge of when we cuddle and dont like being crowded, almost like a kitty. I do best when Im crated when left alone (so I dont get into any yummy food). My foster mom says if you can put in the work and let me get comfortable at my own pace, Im the best companion so loyal. I love to follow you around and remind you how much I love you! I hope you will give me that chance!
