SHELBY NEEDS A FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME!  SHE HAS BEEN WAITING FOR 3 YEARS!

This sweet girl is Shelby. She is an approximately 5-year old Pit Bull mix and weighs around 50 lbs. 

Shelby was found on the side of the highway where she was dumped with her food bowl. Lucky for her, one of the members of our rescue noticed the dog bowl on the side of the road so she pulled over and out came Shelby to greet her. She came out tail wagging with lots of kisses so happy to see someone. She had a couple cuts on her head but she is all fixed up now and ready for her forever home.

Shelby LOVES, LOVES, LOVES people. She just wants to give everyone she meets a big kiss. She is so happy to meet anyone and greets you with a full body wag. Shelby does fine in passing dogs and does great playing with them through a fence, but she is not good with dogs once they are in her space so she is going to have to be an only dog in her home. She is really great and friendly with people so shed be good with older kids.

She must be an only dog in the home and not interact with other dogs.   

Shelby would like a home where she has a securely fenced yard to run and play in. Shed love a home where she got to go on walks and get lots of love, toys, and snuggle time.

Shelby is currently in boarding so we are not sure if she is house trained however she does keep her kennel clean.

Shelby is spayed, microchipped, and current on her vaccines. Her adoption fee is $200.
