This dog is located in Houston, TX but is available for transport to this area. The adoption fee includes transport as well.

Molly is a super sweet and gentle dog. She is approximately 4-5 years old and loves other dogs, kids and her foster mom. She was found behind a hardware store in Houston, TX where she had been trying to survive with a litter of pups. The puppies got taken by someone but they left her there alone. Our rescue heard about her after months of being on her own and knew we just had to help. She was initially sent to a training facility that specializes in helping dogs who have been on the street for awhile. She was very shy with new people and fearful in new situations but with their help she is much better! She is doing great now in a foster home with a 3 year old kid and other dogs in the home though she is still very shy with the husband. She would do well in a quieter home and with experienced pet owners who have patience letting her warm up to a new environment again. FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
