They call me cutie patutie or Reagan! Watch me play here!! Black dogs are overlooked-- and thats currently me!! I am being overlooked because of my coloring, but I know I am so cute and ready to be loved. Reagan is currently being used for temperament testing!! They say I am amazing at reading other dogs! https://youtube.com/shorts/8-VpxJ7x6pg?feature=share https://youtu.be/r39YGDBJmY8 https://youtube.com/shorts/AqpSDGObbAs?feature=share https://youtube.com/shorts/uPoasF_HRjo?feature=share They call me a greeter pup because I greet all dogs and humans with my tail wagging! I am a 2 year old sweet girl and I am so excited that I have the opportunity to find a forever family. I love the water and playing with my doggy friends (see my cute videos) . I am only 53 pounds and am a perfect size to take on any adventure with my new humans. My goal is to show my new humans how affectionate I am and be the absolute best friend they never knew they needed! I know my perfect forever family is out there somewhere! When Reagan meets new people she lays on the ground and crawls into your lap. She strives for the love she deserves and she is so deserving of love. She is very sweet and affectionate once she knows that she has a safe space to open up in. She doesnt have a mean bone in her body! It only took her a few minutes to win over sweet scared Sapphire when first meeting. She had her wagging her tail and sharing attention in no time. current notes from staff: Extremely dog friendly. There was a scuffle in the yard. She was not conflict driven but was very unsure of what she was supposed to do. She kept running back and for. Very proud of her for not getting involved. Robin gave her a low growl and she did not react, she simply walked away. She did not resource guard me when I had 5 dogs circling my lap. She will need leash work! Dont miss out on this amazing pup! The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is one of the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone! Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no choice but to euthanize animals for space. We prepare them for adoption by properly vetting and providing individualized care through our incredible behavior program that consists of socialization and leash training for all animals that enter our adoption program prior to matching them with loving families who will treasure them for the rest of their lives. They are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts once adopted, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! Three Little Pitties Rescue will soon be celebrating our 5 year anniversary! Over the course of this time, we have been very fortunate for so much growth, allowing us to further connect with the community and save many lives. Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 10,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be brought into our rescue program. Together, we can be heroes.
