Description:
Posh is located in TEXAS. There are not enough homes for all the unwanted dogs down here, so she is willing to relocate to a good, loving, forever home.

Posh and her sister Sporty were dumped in a creekbed out in a rural area. Fortunately, a homeowner in the area noticed them and picked them up. Posh and Sporty are a mystery mix breed, but we think they have some red heeler in them. From their size, they will probably grow up to be medium-sized dogs. We estimate they are now just a little over 3 months of age. The girls have just turned three months old. Posh is the more outgoing of the sisters. She is sweet and gentle and playful. She loves toys and running and exploring the fenced yard Posh is crate trained, but she is still a puppy that needs further housetraining, obedience training, and additional socialization. Posh has not been around cats but would probably get along with them if properly introduced. Posh is a very sweet girl that must be protected from rough treatment by children and big dogs that might hurt her. Posh must be in the house as a loved member of the family. She must be walked on a leash and would like a secure, fenced yard to explore and play.

Posh has been examined by a vet and she is healthy. She is spayed, fully vaccinated, (DAPPvL2, Bordatella, Rabies), and microchipped. Posh has been started on and is receiving monthly heartworm and flea prevention. Poshs adoption fee includes the cost of ground transport to Warren NJ, Spring Valley/Nanuet NY, or Lisbon CT. She is being fostered in Texas and we cannot afford to send her north until after she is adopted.
