Description:
Raisin is a gorgeous, 4-year-old heeler mix who is searching for a loving, caring, human companion to take her home. Unfortunately, Raisin had a previous living experience that was less than stellar for her, where she was kept locked in one area. Understandably, because of this, she has a difficult time opening up to new people and is often very shy. Despite this, she has not been aggressive towards people, and Four Footed Friends staff and volunteers have seen her progressively become comfortable with people over time. Overall, she is extremely friendly and companionable. She would benefit from a quieter situation where she can get to know her owner. With some good love and kindness, Four Footed Friends believes Raisin will open and up and get to realize her full potential as a dog. Do you think you can provide Raisin with a forever home? If so, please reach out and contact Four Footed Friends at (724) 349-1144 or fourfootedfriends82@gmail.com. You can also visit https://www.fourfootedfriends.org/ for more information on our organization and other pets we have available for adoption. You are also welcome to come visit any of our dogs to see if they might be the right fit! Visits are done by appointment only. FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
