Raisin is a gorgeous, 4-year-old heeler mix who is searching for a loving, caring, human companion to take her home. Unfortunately, Raisin had a previous living experience that was less than stellar for her, where she was kept locked in one area. Understandably, because of this, she has a difficult time opening up to new people and is often very shy. Despite this, she has not been aggressive towards people, and Four Footed Friends staff and volunteers have seen her progressively become comfortable with people over time. Overall, she is extremely friendly and companionable. She would benefit from a quieter situation where she can get to know her owner.
