My name is Stormie and I am an aussie/border collie mix...I am a little over 1 year old.  I am a little bit shy at first meeting, when I meet a confident person I do great!  I did have a bit of a sheltered life so I do need someone who wants to work with me on my social skills meeting new people.  I am fine with other dogs, and love to play with my dog friends.  Although I did live with a cat for a few months, I dont like cats that much as they look like a snack to me.    I love to play ball and to play with other dogs...I also walk good on a leash too.

 She currently lives in a foster home with a dog trainer and with 2 other dogs. She is potty trained and crate trained! She knows sit, heel, lay down and come. She isnt destructive (unless theres a lone sock left out)! She has a lot of energy and loves to play with other dogs or just to play fetch or tug with people. She is quite shy around new people and meet and greets are hard for her, but once she learns youre a friend she is ready to give you all the love (especially if you have treats or want to play a game!!).  Due to her shyness with new people, we recommend she go to home with adults... children would be stressful for her...so no kids under 16

She is a quick learner and would love to learn tricks, dock dive, agility or just play around the house! A very active person would be ideal for her...she would make a great running or hiking partner.  She is ready to find her forever home!
