Description:
Bailey is a sweet senior gal seeking her “furever” home. She lived with her original family for her entire life and was surrendered to us due to a divorce.

When she arrived at BREW, Bailey was more than twenty pounds overweight, but she’s at a nice, healthy weight now. She was also diagnosed with a thyroid condition and will need to be on medication (which is very affordable) for the rest of her life.

After lots of TLC, Bailey has the sparkle back in her eyes and is enjoying life. She loves her daily walks and moves at an energetic trot. She’s also very generous with tail wags and kisses!

Bailey is very laid back and loves to spend time lounging in her comfy dog bed and hanging out with her people. She seems to have spent a lot of time in a crate in her previous life, so she’s not a big fan of being crated. She’s potty trained and does well having free run the house. Bailey has never been around cats, but she gets along very well with the two adult beagles in her foster home.

Bailey’s ideal home with would be with someone who is home most of the time as she doesn’t enjoy being alone. If you’re a homebody, Bailey could be perfect for you!

NOTE: Dogs may be located in any of our six volunteer states (WI, IL, IN, OH, PA, MI).

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
