Description:
Charity aka Cherry is a sweet, shy 20lbs 1 year old girl. She is very nervous around people but she is slowly warming up to calm, patient people. She absolutely loves dogs. She is attached to our dog which has been a comfort to her. She follows him around and loves to plays with him. She is very good with other dogs and is cat curious.

She is adjusting to living indoors and enjoys her crate or her dog bed. We crate her while we are gone or when we cant be with her because we are still working on house training, which is going very well. She has a deep love for socks and shoes and she is very mischievous but just in a puppy way. She didnt get to enjoy life as a puppy. I think she is playing catch up and she really is loving life now. However, she is still a bit hesitant to enter a room or house if there is a lot going on. She waits until the room calms down or until we all get inside then she will come in.

We feel she would do best with a family that has another dog that is confident, caring and loves to play. A yard is a must since she loves sniffing around and basking in the sun.

Someone with patience is also a must. Cherry has been through so much in her short life and will take some time to blossom. From what I have seen in the past two months, it is going to happen in the right environment.

Happiness is a warm little beagle named Cherry! Are you the one to give Cherry her best life that she so deserves?

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
