Say hello to River!

She is a 9 month old Belgian Malinois mix and it definitely shows in her personality! This little girl is fearless and has lots of energy and drive. She loves to play ball, and will even carry around a ball in her mouth and kick another one around on the ground like a soccer ball. She is very sweet and loves to snuggle, but would do best in a home with no children due to her pushy personality, mouthiness and drive. No small animals either for this girl for the same reasons.

River has a ton of energy and will need a breed-experienced handler and continuous training to help her live her best, most fulfilled doggy life. She loves to snuggle up next to her foster mama and will play all day long with her foster fur sibling shepherds. She would do well in a house with another similar drive dog to play with, but can be very pushy with other female dogs especially, so an experienced handler is a must. She has had basic obedience training and walks well with a prong collar. River is extremely smart and eager to please, but also has a mind of her own and can be very stubborn. Adoption fees:

Puppies: 0-1yr $450.00

Each of our dogs are fully vaccinated to include Bordetella, DHPP, DHLPP and Rabies. We deworm each dog and chip. Lastly, we spay or neuter each of our dogs. 

Our adoption process includes an initial conversation about the dog to see if the dog is a good match or if another dog could be a more suitable match. We also will complete a home visit. It should be noted that our adoption counselors know the dogs and can best guide any possible adopter with a suitable match.
