Chloe came into the shelter with a spay scar and a green tattoo. The woman who turned her in stated that the Parker Project had recently spayed her. She is a wonderful, young, smart energetic pup. She is so darling and sweet and looking for her forever family. She may be a little rambunctious for very small children, but older children would be wonderful for her. She is an athletic puppy who needs lots and lots of fun and exercise.
