YVPR does not respond to applications/inquiries originating from Petfinder. Questions about our adoption process can generally be answered by reviewing the Adoption FAQs.  


Baylee is a 3 month old female pup (born 6/30/22 that looks to have lab in her mix, she is Black and White  colored.

She is great with cats, and she loves to play and wrestle, run and explore.  She is being fostered with kids and loves to cuddle. She also enjoys playing in water. Please apply to meet her at yvpr.org/adoptions. 



An application must be filled out and accepted before a meet can be set up. If accepted, you will hear from us within 72 hours. You will have the opportunity to ask questions before you meet the pet; an adoption may or may not happen at that time. 
We do adopt outside the Yakima area IF you are able to come to Yakima to pick up your adopted pet.  We do not have a kennel facility; all of our pets are in foster homes. Therefore, meets and adoptions take place at either our office or at a place chosen by the adoption coordinator.
If a pet has Adoption Pending beside its name, an adoption is imminent. Please fill out an application anyway because adoptions dont always go through.
Your application will be kept on file for 30 days in case you find another pet youd like to apply for.
