Hi there, Im Mattie! Yes, I know, I am quite beautiful...Im aware. My personality is every bit as beautiful as my looks. I am the sweetest, most gentle girl in the world. I was found running around in the country one day; a sweet lady picked me up and took me straight to ARFhouse! I am (possibly) a Black Mouth Cur mix; maybe Great Dane? Maybe a lot of things! I am right around 2 years old and I weigh 83 lbs. 

I am a funny dog; unlike any the girls at ARFhouse have ever met. Im more like a human than anything else. I am a sensitive girl, I wear my feelings on my sleeve. I appear shy at first but Im submissive to humans, so I show them my belly on first meet. Its really cute. I am not a confident dog, so I will look to my human for strength. I am playful, loving, affectionate, and could lie around for hours getting my belly rubbed. I get along great with other dogs, but do tend to push them around given the opportunity, and I get jealous when they get attention, so I would probably do best in a home where I am the only dog thats showered with affection. I could probably use some training on a leash, but I am VERY smart so thatll be a breeze. Because of my size, age and energy level, I would not be suitable for an apartment. I need a large, fenced yard so that I can go outside and play as I please.

The fee to adopt Mattie is $200.00; this includes spay/neuter, deworming, vaccinations, heartworm test, a microchip, and all of our dogs are up-to-date on heartworm, flea and tick prevention.
