GIRL WITH A FOOT FETISH

DOB 5/20/22

Well, hello! My name is Willa, and Im a very sweet, cuddly black DSH/ Bombay mix girl with a sleek, shiny patent-leather coat who likes to cuddle next to my foster meowmy. I have several unique idiosyncrasies. One: I like to groom people as well as my seven litter mates. Two: I like to play with peoples feet and shoes when they walk into a room or when they just stand there. During my quiet "time out" moments, I enjoy basking in a sunbeam on the window sill to watch the birds and lizards.

I was the runt of my litter, but Im quickly catching up. Plus Im not short on energy when it comes to playing with my siblings as I keep up with the best of them. We tumble and pounce, climb and wrestle with each other, and when were exhausted from all the fun, we collapse in a kitten puddle.

My litter of eight was rescued from an abusive, neglectful situation, so were grateful to have transitioned from hardscrabble beginnings to a loving, caring HOPE foster home. We live with three resident adult cats and two large resident dogs. I like the other cats just fine, but I only coexist with the dogs.

I definitely need to be in a home with other cats or kittens. I think itd be the cats meow if I could be adopted with one of my littermates (Dixie, LIzzie, or Carlie) or another one of my foster mates. That way we can keep each other company while youre at work or on vacation.

Hopefully youre not superstitious because, as Groucho Marx said, "A black cats crossing your path signifies that hes going somewhere." Most people who adopt black cats once want to adopt one again because of their outstanding personalities and emotional stability.

If you are interested in Willa and would like to fill out an online Cat Adoption Application, please go to http://www.homelesspets.net/adoption-forms/cat-adoption.php . Submitting an application does not obligate you to adopt, but it initiates contact with us and gets the process started. If you have questions prior to filling out the application or want to find out which adoption site this feline will be this week-end, email us at hope@homelesspets.net , and a volunteer will get back to you.
